Hi, I'm Julie, a jazz artist from Melbourne, Australia. I have many influences however am particularly drawn to the quintet sound of the 50's and 60's and the art of vocalese. I love bop, latin jazz Afrocuban music and groove. I love writing across many genres, inspired by the bands that I play with and the stories along the way.
